Upgrades included:

All parts ultrasonically and mechanically hot cleaned , as well as functionally inspected.
Refurbished oil pump disk upgraded with precise CNC machined smaller holes to prevent exhaust tab breaking, as Beisan-Systems BS025
Refurbished valve block, and restrictor. Heat cleaned and installed new Orings (filter as needed).
Beisan-Systems sealing plate repair kit BS024 instead of bad quality OEM sealing plate
Rebuilt Vanos pack (De/Re-soldering all joints, pin cavity sealant, modified board screw, testing).
Intake and Exhaust pistons cleaned, inspected, and new Beisan Orings/seals installed.
Inner body seals / Orings installed.
Unit assembled and air tested for leakage and functionality.

This refurbished Vanos sports a re-drilled high pressure oil pump disk, pump piston or pump axle > promoting great pressure for the Vanos!

The refurbished pressure regulator is cleaned, new orings installed, oiled and tested.

The refurbished valve block is put through a rigorous cleaning regiment including ultrasonic, and constant flow cleaning for hours. It is also oiled and tested on an actual S54 Vanos unit under pressure and switched on and off. If any irregularities are found, it is pulled out of circulation.

An in house rebuilt and upgraded solenoid pack is fully tested and included. Actually better than new due to additional securing of the board, potting compound inserted into pin cavity, and all solder joints redone under microscope.
