Overview
- Beisan Systems offers a 90 day (3 month) return or exchange policy on all products. After this period, we reserve the right to evaluate on a case-by-case basis and $25 will be deducted.
- Items purchased new, must be returned in their original packaging unused for refund.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns must be packaged properly, so no damage occurs.
- We recommend taking pictures of the cores before and after packaging and shipping. This is in case there is damaged in transit. This will allow you to file a claim.
- Core refunds are contingent on condition and ability to refurbish the core. If the solenoid coil pack has already been opened and the electronics may have been tampered with, Beisan-Systems must assess whether it can still be used and whether we can refund the deposit. If the plug is broken or other parts are broken or torn, the control unit can no longer be used and no deposit will be refunded. Applied Volume Discounts also apply to Core Refunds. If cores are received after 3 months from date of purchase, an additional $25 will be deducted from each core refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original order. If more than six months have transpired since the original order date, the refund may need to be applied to your PayPal email address/account or sent by Zelle or Venmo and an added fee will be deducted.
Core Refund Instructions:
- USPS and UPS is preferred.
- If cores are returned after 90 day (3 months) from date of purchase, an additional $25 will be deducted from each core refund.
- Ship all cores and return to the address below.
- Please box and pack to protect all contents during shipping.
- Items damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

- Include the name (purchaser) of the original order with the package.
- Include a copy of the email order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund, first check your PayPal or credit card account.
- If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at : support@beisansystems.com
Product Returns or Exchanges
- We offer replacement of items, only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at support@beisansystems.com.
- When shipping, include your original email purchase receipt.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
- All returned items in transit are the responsibility of the sender until received by Beisan Systems.
